Terms & Conditions

Effective 13 August 2026.

The program

Romzally Enterprises, a sole proprietorship operated by John A. Romley in the United States, sends text notifications to people who have asked to receive them. Messages cover:

We send no advertising, promotional, political, or fundraising messages, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other company.

Opt-in

Consent is explicit and is obtained before any message is sent. Recipients opt in through the SMS consent form by entering their own mobile number and ticking a box that is unchecked by default. Consent is optional and is never a condition of using any product or service. Clients may alternatively consent directly and in writing during onboarding, recorded with the date and the wording agreed.

We never purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from third parties, data brokers, or public sources.

Message frequency and cost

Frequency varies with your own activity and is generally low. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Romzally Enterprises charges nothing for these messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages. You may also email us and ask to be removed.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

Privacy

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the recipient's carrier, device, and coverage, and cannot be guaranteed. Notifications are a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole means of learning about a time-critical event.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one posted here, with its effective date.
